After the 6 weeks of rest and rehab we then recommend getting back to your favorite activities or exercise routine, but to take it light and listen to your body. If you go to the gym and you feel pain in your neck during treatment or the next day then it is best to take at least a week or more off of that exercise. It is best to listen to your body and let it heal so that your neck can be healed for good.
