Healthy cartilage is a highly robust tissue, and is resilient against the stringent mechanical and biological constraints imposed upon it. Cartilage defects\u00a0are common\u00a0features\u00a0of\u00a0joint diseases, but\u00a0current\u00a0treatments\u00a0can rarely restore the full\u00a0function\u00a0of\u00a0native cartilage. Recent studies have provided new perspectives for cartilage engineering using mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). However, the sequential\u00a0events\u00a0occurring\u00a0during chondrogenesis\u00a0must\u00a0be fully understood before we are able to reproduce\u00a0faithfully the complex molecular events\u00a0that lead to MSC\u00a0differentiation and long-term maintenance of cartilage characteristics. Here, we focus\u00a0on the potential of\u00a0MSCs\u00a0to repair cartilage with an emphasis\u00a0on the factors\u00a0that\u00a0are known to be required in\u00a0inducing\u00a0chondrogenesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dreambody.clinic\" rel=\"nofollow\">Dream Body Clinic<\/a> is able to treat cartilage damaged joints such as; knees, shoulders, ankles, wrists, elbows, spine, hips, fingers and toes. We use mesenchymal stem cells derived from placenta and Wharton\u2019s Jelly (Umbilical tissue).
