Conocer los antecedentes personales patol\u00f3gicos de los pacientes, de manera
completa, concisa y detallada, a efecto de saber su estado de salud general, interacci\u00f3n
de medicamentos, indicaci\u00f3n y contraindicaciones.
Evaluar y proporcionar las mejores alternativas de tratamiento.
Estudios, registros, estad\u00edsticas y an\u00e1lisis de informaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y de salud.
Seguimiento a plan de tratamientos.
Facturaci\u00f3n y cobranza por servicios.
Apoyo en reservas de hoteles para pacientes del extranjero.
Atender cualquier queja, pregunta o comentario en relaci\u00f3n con los servicios.

a) Cuando dicha transferencia de informaci\u00f3n se efectu\u00e9 con terceros para dar cumplimiento a los
servicios o gestiones u obligaciones pactadas con el Titular. b) En los casos que lo exija la Ley, o la
procuraci\u00f3n o administraci\u00f3n de justicia. c) Cuando el titular de dicha informaci\u00f3n otorgue su
consentimiento de manera expresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DERECHOS ARCO<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tienes derecho a conocer qu\u00e9 datos personales tenemos, para qu\u00e9 los utilizamos y las condiciones
del uso que les damos (Acceso). Asimismo, a solicitar la correcci\u00f3n de tu informaci\u00f3n personal en
caso de que est\u00e9 desactualizada, sea inexacta o incompleta (Rectificaci\u00f3n); que la eliminemos de

DBC), sin embargo, en este \u00faltimo caso ser\u00e1 indispensable se presente a ratificar su solicitud de
manera personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La solicitud la cual debe contener y acompa\u00f1arse de lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I.- T\u00fa nombre completo como titular de los datos y tu domicilio, correo electr\u00f3nico u otro medio
para comunicarte la respuesta a tu solicitud. II.- Documentos que acrediten tu identidad o
Identificaci\u00f3n oficial o documento con el que se acredite la representaci\u00f3n de tu representante
legal. III.- Descripci\u00f3n clara y precisa de la informaci\u00f3n respecto de la cual se solicite el acceso,
rectificaci\u00f3n, oposici\u00f3n o cancelaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan sea el caso. En caso de solicitudes de rectificaci\u00f3n,
acompa\u00f1ar la documentaci\u00f3n que sustente dicha petici\u00f3n y las modificaciones a realizarse. IV.-
Cualquier otro elemento o documento que facilite la localizaci\u00f3n de tus datos personales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b) DBC dar\u00e1 respuesta en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles contados desde la fecha en que se
recibi\u00f3 la solicitud y de resultar procedente conforme a la Ley aplicable, se har\u00e1 efectiva dentro de
los 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes a la fecha en que se te comunique la respuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
c) Trat\u00e1ndose de solicitudes de acceso a datos personales proceder\u00e1 la entrega mediante cualquier
medio f\u00edsico o electr\u00f3nico, previa acreditaci\u00f3n de la identidad del solicitante o representante legal,
seg\u00fan corresponda, con los documentos originales para su cotejo. Los plazos antes referidos
podr\u00e1n ser ampliados una sola vez, por un periodo igual, siempre y cuando as\u00ed lo justifiquen las

d) La obligaci\u00f3n de acceso a tu informaci\u00f3n se dar\u00e1 por cumplida cuando se ponga a tu disposici\u00f3n
los datos personales o bien mediante la entrega de copias, documentos electr\u00f3nicos u otro
soporte, la entrega de los datos ser\u00e1 gratuita, debiendo el titular cubrir \u00fanicamente los gastos
justificados de env\u00edo o el costo de reproducci\u00f3n de copias u otros formatos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DBC podr\u00e1 negarte el acceso a los datos personales, o a realizar la rectificaci\u00f3n, cancelaci\u00f3n o
