The Sustenon 250 TRT Fly & Buy Package Details
Each of these esters has a different release time, which allows Sustanon to provide both immediate and prolonged testosterone supplementation. Testosterone Phenylpropionate: A slightly longer-acting ester compared to propionate. The half-life of Testosterone Phenylpropionate is approximately 4-5 days. This means that it takes about 4-5 days for the concentration of the drug to reduce to half its initial value in the body. So when the Testosterone propionate is wearing off this ester kicks in.
Testosterone Isocaproate: An intermediate-acting ester. The half-life of Testosterone Isocaproate is approximately 9 days. This means that it takes about 9 days for the concentration of this testosterone ester to reduce to half its initial level in the body. This ester takes keeps you feeling good and elevated as the propionate and phenylpropionate start to dissipate in your system.
Testosterone Decanoate: A long-acting ester, providing a sustained release of testosterone. The half-life of Testosterone Decanoate is approximately 7 to 12 days. This means it takes about 7 to 12 days for the concentration of this testosterone ester to reduce to half its initial level in the body. This is the slow and steady ester that keeps your baseline elevated throughout the week or so to your next injection.
Is Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Safe?
The Veterans Administration (VA) in the USA seems to think TRT is safe. They conducted a study 5 years ago with 83,000 participants. They found that men on TRT had a lower risk of heart attack, stroke, or death from any cause, versus similar men who were not treated. Now with any medication there comes some risk and things you need to know. TRT will shut down your natural production of testosterone and replace it with what is being injected. This means that your testicles will atrophy as they are no longer producing testosterone while on TRT. They will get a bit smaller, but they don’t go away completely. Some guys don’t like this, but only for aesthetic reasons as there are no real negatives to it. Having a physician that knows about TRT is crucial. You want to keep your testosterone and other hormone levels in a safe range that they have been at before. Bodybuilders get a bit crazy with testosterone and give it all a bad name. TRT is done to get you back to levels like you were at in your early 20’s. For some men having increased testosterone will also increase estradiol (estrogen) levels. This can lead to gynecomastia which is when your nipples get inflamed and boob like. That can be dealt with by taking anastrozol (arimidex) or a simple surgery where they remove the glands in the nipple area. The general rule of thumb here is that if you didn’t have gynecomastia issues when you went through puberty then you probably won’t have them while on TRT. Acne on the skin or body can be attributed to TRT use. It is rare, but if it occurs then it is because of increased oil production on the skin. This can be easily remedied with a visit to your dermatologist. Some patients resolve this with low dose accutane use or other dermatological treatments. These possible side effects are minimal and easily treated if they occur. You can also stop doing TRT at any time to not have issues though we recommend not going cold turkey, but instead cycling off as we will explain later.
Is TRT a Lifetime Commitment?
TRT is not a lifetime commitment. This is probably the most common question and fear that people express to us. TRT will shut down your natural production once you start, but if you stop using TRT your natural production will come back anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months later. The better way to deal with wanting to stop is to do what is called post cycle therapy. This is where you take HCG, Clomid and Nolvadex to bring your natural production back with no dip in levels.
