Step 1: Initial Free Consultation
Contact Dream Body Clinic at (888) 704-3977 for a comprehensive phone or video consultation. Medical coordinators review your health history, current conditions, medications, and treatment goals. This 30-45 minute consultation is completely free and provides personalized treatment recommendations.
- Prepare your complete medical history and current medication list
- Document your symptoms, pain levels, and functional limitations
- List your treatment goals and expected outcomes
- Ask questions about protocols, costs, and travel logistics
Step 2: Medical Evaluation and Treatment Planning
Once you decide to proceed, Dream Body Clinic's medical team will review any MRIs or scans that you have provided us. They will let you know if we can help and which treatments will be best.
- Send written reports for MRI's, CT scans, ultrasounds or any other study
- Send your most recent bloodwork if appropriate for the treatment you are seeking
Step 3: Travel Arrangements to Puerto Vallarta
Puerto Vallarta is easily accessible from major US and Canadian cities with direct flights averaging 2-5 hours. Dream Body Clinic provides travel assistance including hotel recommendations near the clinic and local navigation support. Flights and hotel are up to patients, but DBC provides all airport and clinic transportation if you stay in our zone - https://dreambody.clinic/hotels/ Most patients stay 4-6 days for treatment.
- Let us know your preferred dates for treatment. We will then check with our scheduling department to see if we have space.
- If we have space then we will send you the dates and the booking form
- Reserve accommodations
- Arrange airport transportation
- Ensure passport validity for Mexico entry
- Purchase travel insurance if desired
Step 4: Stem Cell Treatment Administration
At Dream Body Clinic's modern facility, you receive your mesenchymal stem cell therapy via IV infusion or targeted injection based on your condition. Treatments typically take 1-3 hours in a comfortable, clinical setting. Medical staff monitor vital signs and ensure patient comfort throughout the procedure.
- Arrive in Vallarta where our drivers will pick you up and take you to your accommodations to rest
- DBC drivers will pick you up and take you to at the clinic for blood work and MRIs or other scans if needed
- Come to the clinic for consultation then treatment
- Receive stem cell administration under medical supervision
- Receive post-treatment care instructions
Step 5: Recovery and Follow-Up Monitoring
Post-treatment recovery is minimal for most patients. Dream Body Clinic provides detailed aftercare protocols including activity guidelines, nutrition recommendations, and supplement suggestions. Remote follow-up consultations occur at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months to track progress and optimize outcomes.

Dream Body Clinic has many types of treatments and because of this there are different timelines needed for different treatments. We have divided these up into the following categories:
– Orthopedic Stem Cell Treatments (Joint Pain) – We need you in town for at least 5 days.
– Autoimmune IV Stem Cell Treatments – We need you in town for at least 4 days.
– Heart & Lung Stem Cell Treatments – We need you in town for at least 5 days.
– Brain Optimization Stem Cell Treatments – We need you in town for at least 4 days.
– IV Stem Cell Treatments – We need you in town for at least 4 days.
– Esthetic Stem Cell Treatments – We need you in town for at least 4 days.
– Sexual Health Stem Cell Treatments – We need you in town for at least 4 days.
– Medications such as HGH, TRT & Others – We need you in town for at least 3 days.
We only do treatments Tuesday through Saturday.
WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR TREATMENT ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS DUE TO HOLIDAY SCHEDULES: February 3, March 17, May 1, July 27 to August 4th, September 16, November 18, Dec 22th to January 6th.
Flights and hotel are up to patients because everyone has different preferences.
We provide airport and clinic transportation between the hours of 6am to 6pm. This means we can pick you up from the airport if your flight arrives between 6am and 6pm. If your flight arrives earlier or later then you will have to handle your own transportation.
We can only provide Airport Departure Transportation for flights departing between 9am or 9pm. This means our drivers can pick you up between 6am to 6pm to take you to the airport. Any later and we cannot provide transportation. If your flight departs earlier or later then you will have to handle your own transportation.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Crypto or Cash. We take payment when you are at the clinic.

The Card owner must be present when paying. You cannot pay with someone else’s card when here unless they are with you.
