We have seen it change the lives of users for the positive in nearly every case. Now with any medication there comes some risk and things you need to know. TRT will shut down your natural production of testosterone and replace it with what is being injected. This means that your testicles will atrophy as they are no longer producing testosterone while on TRT. They will get a bit smaller, but they don’t go away completely. Some guys don’t like this, but only for aesthetic reasons as there are no real negatives to it. Having a physician that knows about TRT is crucial. TRT will shut down your natural production once you start, but if you stop using TRT your natural production will come back anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months later. The better way to deal with wanting to stop is to do what is called post cycle therapy. This is where you take HCG, Clomid and Nolvadex to bring your natural production back with no dip in levels.
