Discover the incredible potential of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) delivered directly to your respiratory system, offering a non-invasive and powerful approach to healing and rejuvenation.

What is Nebulized Mesenchymal Stem Cell Treatment?

Nebulized Mesenchymal Stem Cell Treatment harnesses the regenerative properties of MSCs to target and support your respiratory and brain health. Through a state-of-the-art nebulizer device, these specialized cells are transformed into a fine mist or aerosol, allowing them to be inhaled directly into your lungs. It also allows them to absorb through the mucus membrane and enter the carotid artery where they can go straight to the brain. This innovative and safe delivery method ensures that the potent therapeutic benefits of MSCs are precisely delivered to the site of action.

How do Mesenchymal Stem Cells Work When Administered via Nebulization?

When MSCs are administered via nebulization, they can reach the lungs and exert their therapeutic effects. We also help get them to the brain this way by first administering hyaluronidase to weaken the mucus membrane. This allows MSCs to cross the mucus membrane and enter the carotid artery where they go straight to the brain.

Once in the lungs and brain, MSCs possess the ability to interact with the local immune system and promote tissue repair and regeneration. They can modulate the immune response and reduce inflammation by releasing various signaling molecules and factors. This anti-inflammatory effect is beneficial for conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory diseases characterized by inflammation. It is also highly beneficial for brain function for issues such as stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury, autism and Multiple Sclerosis.

MSCs can guide cellular differentiation and regeneration of different cell types, such as lung epithelial cells, which can help in repairing damaged lung tissues. They may also secrete factors that promote tissue healing, enhance the regeneration of damaged cells, and prevent further injury.

Additionally, MSCs have been shown to have potent immunomodulatory effects. They can regulate the immune system’s response, potentially reducing excessive immune reactions and preventing tissue damage.

We use 25 million mesenchymal stem cells for our Nebulized Stem Cell Therapy for Brain Health and Lungs. This stem cell treatment is designed to get the mesenchymal stem cells to the brain and to the lungs.

Nebulized Stem Cell Therapy Process

  • We nebulized hyaluronidase to break down the mucus membrane for better absorption of stem cells
  • After the hyaluronidase we nebulize the 25 million mesenchymal stem cells with saline solution
  • The whole nebulized stem cell therapy takes about 30 minutes

Nebulized Stem Cell Therapy for Brain Health

Nebulized Stem Cell Therapy for Brain Health

The 25 million stem cells that are nebulized go into the mouth or nose and then head towards the lungs. On their way to the lungs many adhere to the mucus membrane inside the air passages of the nose and mouth. They then absorb into the blood stream and head straight to the brain. We use the hyaluronidase to weaken the mucus membrane so that no stem cells get stuck there and they all pass through to the blood stream. This is not a 100% efficient process as many stem cells continue on to the lungs, but we find it to be the most non-invasive route. The alternative is an intranasal application with something like the MAD syringe, but we have found that most of the stem cells just go down the throat and end up in the stomach where they are destroyed. The nebulized route allows any stem cells that don’t adhere to the mucus membrane to continue on to the lungs where they still have benefit. This is also a superior method to IV application of stem cells for getting to the brain because the IV administered stem cells go to the heart and lungs first where about 70% to 80% get stuck and remain, then then travel through the whole body before heading to the brain. Very few stem cells administered via IV get to the brain.

Why do we want mesenchymal stem cells to go to the brain? We want the stem cells to the brain because they will target inflammation, boost the immune system, rebuild nerves and neurons and guide healing.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells have a profound effect on macrophages in the brain, which are microglia. The microglia account for 10% to 15% of the cells in the brain. They are very important, so if they are not working properly then brain health will be off balance. Studies show that the mesenchymal stem cells do a great job of helping the microglia function properly and proliferate. The microglia are resident macrophage cells, they act as the first and main form of active immune defense in the central nervous system (CNS). In Alzheimer’s or Dementia it is believed that plaque build up may contribute to the disease. The microglia are responsible for removing plaque, damaged or unnecessary neurons or synapses, and infectious agents. So having plenty of healthy microglia is extremely important to brain health. The Mesenchymal stem cells have been shown in multiple studies to increase the number of microglia.

The Mesenchymal stem cells also help regulate Astrocytes. Astrocytes perform many functions such as biochemical support of endothelial cells that form the blood–brain barrier, provision of nutrients to the nervous tissue, maintenance of extracellular ion balance and a role in the repair and scarring process of the brain and spinal cord following traumatic injuries. The brain repair role is very important for health.

Mesenchymal stem cells also release neurotrophic factors that guide neural regeneration. Neuronal loss is partly compensated by mesenchymal stem cell transplantation. More neurons means a better working brain.

Nebulized Stem Cell Therapy for Lung Health

Many of the mesenchymal stem cells administered via nebulization will make their way to the lungs. These stem cells will guide repair and regeneration of damaged tissue and remove scarring. We have found this particuarly beneficial for diseases such as COPD, Asthma and ARDS.

Side Effects or Risks

The only side effects that have been documented are the following:

  • 1 in 100 people will experience a slight fever and/or headache for a few hours after treatment or the next day. We have found that 500mg of Tylenol easily resolves this issue.
  • A very small percentage of patients for this treatment will be non-responders. As with any medication or treatment there is always a chance of no change. Tylenol does not always fix a headache as an example.
  • We do not treat patients that have had cancer within the past 5 years. There is still no conclusive evidence linking stem cells to make cancer worse, but we prefer to stay on the side of safety until more information is available.

How long do the Nebulized Stem Cell Treatment Results Last?

The results from the Nebulized stem cell treatment can last for years or even indefinitely. This is because the stem cells are reprogramming your immune system to work the way it was designed to work. Once the immune cells are reprogrammed and any damage is repaired throughout the body then things will work the way they should. This will last because it is real regeneration and not just a pill to cover up symptoms.

The mesenchymal stem cells that are administered via Nebulization will stay in the system for 8 months to a year. During that time they will interact with immune cells and seek out inflammation where they will guide cellular regeneration. After 8 to 12 months any MSCs that are free bound in your system will differentiate into an osteoblast (bone cell), adipocyte (fat cell) or chondrocyte (cartilage cell). They will then contain the donors HLA markers and your immune system will destroy and remove them. This is an easy process for your immune system and there is no negative reaction in your body from it. Some of the MSCs that were free bound from the IV will find capillaries to call home. They will attach and be considered a pericyte. When they do this they can live in your system indefinitely in a beneficial way to your system.

The Nebulized Stem Cell Treatment is allowing your body to heal like it did when you were a little kid. There are a lot of other benefits outside of just fixing your Nebulized symptoms such as anti-aging. Click Here for An in depth look at how the stem cell IV works for Anti-Aging
