Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that can lead to a variety of painful and uncomfortable symptoms, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, weight loss, and more. Traditional treatments for Crohn’s disease can be ineffective or come with serious side effects, leaving many patients feeling helpless and defeated.
Our stem cell treatment for Crohn’s disease offers a safe and effective alternative. Our treatment uses mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), which have the unique ability to help regulate the immune system and reduce inflammation in the intestines. Additionally, MSCs promote tissue repair and regeneration, which can help to reduce symptoms and prevent complications.
Our team of experienced professionals will work with you to create a customized treatment plan based on your unique needs and medical history. The treatment process itself is minimally invasive.
We use Wharton Jelly (umbilical cord tissue) and placenta to derive our pure, isolated MSCs. Then we cultivate them to get the hundreds of millions necessary for this advanced treatment. The MSCs are then safely infused into your body to facilitate natural healing and regeneration. MSCs also release growth factors and cytokines that promote tissue regeneration, reduce inflammation, and modulate the immune response, all of which are crucial for intestinal health.
The benefits of our stem cell treatment for Crohn’s disease are numerous. Many patients have reported a significant reduction and elimination in their symptoms, including decreased abdominal pain, improved bowel movements, and increased energy levels. How Mesenchymal Stem Cells Work For Crohn's Disease
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are an amazing treatment for Crohn’s disease. Crohn’s disease is caused by inflammation in the digestive tract, which can lead to a variety of symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, and weight loss.
MSCs are stem cells that can guide differentiation and regeneration of multiple types of cells. They act like the managers at the construction site by guiding the reconstruction of damaged tissue. For Crohn’s disease this means healing the gut. They also have anti-inflammatory properties and can modulate the immune system. Studies have shown that MSCs can reduce inflammation in patients with Crohn’s disease.
When MSCs are administered to patients with Crohn’s disease, they migrate to the inflamed area of the intestine and release molecules that can reduce inflammation and promote tissue repair. MSCs can also inhibit the immune response that causes inflammation in the first place. This leads to a reduction in symptoms and an improvement in overall quality of life for individuals with Crohn’s disease. We have found that these results last. It is like uploading new software into an old computer. The MSCs essentially reprogram the faulty immune cells to stop attacking the intestines and instead protect them like they were originally designed to do.
In addition, MSCs have virtually no risk of causing an adverse immune reaction, as they do not express certain markers that can trigger the immune system. They also lack human leukocyte antigen (HLA) which is the marker the immune system looks for to determine if a tissue is yours or not. This makes the MSCs immune privileged which means your immune system won’t reject them.
Overall, MSCs offer an effective therapeutic approach for individuals with Crohn’s disease by targeting the underlying inflammation and promoting tissue repair.
Crohn's Disease Stem Cell Treatment Immunomodulation Effects
MSCs (mesenchymal stem cells) have an immunomodulatory effect in the treatment of Crohn’s disease. This means that they can regulate the immune system to reduce inflammation in the intestines and promote tissue repair.
MSCs are thought to work by releasing molecules that interact with immune cells and inhibit the inflammatory response. They can reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, which are signaling molecules that trigger inflammation in the intestines. MSCs also induce the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines, which help to dampen the immune response.
In Crohn’s disease, the immune system attacks the lining of the digestive tract, leading to inflammation and damage. MSCs have been shown to suppress the activity of immune cells that are involved in this process, such as T cells and dendritic cells. They can also promote the activity of regulatory T cells, which help to prevent excessive immune activation and inflammation.
In addition, MSCs have been shown to promote tissue repair by enhancing the growth and differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells. This can help to restore the integrity of the intestinal lining and reduce the risk of complications such as fistulas and strictures.
Overall, MSC immunomodulation is the best approach to the treatment of Crohn’s disease, as it targets the underlying immune dysfunction and inflammation that drive the disease. The best part is that these results don’t just cover the symptoms temporarily, but seem to be truly reprogramming the immune system for long term results.
How do MSCs Promote Tissue Repair by Enhancing the Growth and Differentiation of Intestinal Epithelial Cells.
MSCs (mesenchymal stem cells) can promote tissue repair in Crohn’s disease by enhancing the growth and differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells.
The intestinal epithelium is the layer of cells that lines the surface of the intestines and forms a protective barrier against harmful molecules and microorganisms. In Crohn’s disease, the epithelial cells can become damaged and inflamed, leading to increased permeability and the infiltration of harmful substances into the underlying tissue.
MSCs can help to repair this damage and promote the growth of healthy intestinal epithelial cells in several ways:
Paracrine signaling: MSCs secrete a variety of growth factors, cytokines, and extracellular matrix proteins that can stimulate the growth and migration of intestinal epithelial cells. These molecules promote cell proliferation and differentiation, while also protecting the epithelial cells from inflammation-induced damage.
Immune modulation: MSCs can interact with immune cells in the local environment to modulate the inflammatory response and promote tissue regeneration. This helps to create a favorable environment for intestinal epithelial cell growth and differentiation.
Changes to gene expression: MSCs can alter the expression of genes within the intestinal epithelial cells, promoting differentiation and maturation. This leads to the formation of a functional intestinal barrier that can protect against inflammation and injury.
The ability of MSCs to promote tissue repair and regeneration in Crohn’s disease makes them a highly effective therapeutic approach for this condition.
Crohn's Disease Stem Cell Treatment and Chemotaxis
Chemotaxis is the process by which cells are attracted or repelled by specific chemicals in their surrounding environment. The chemicals that act as the attractants or repellents are called chemotactic agents, or chemotaxins. Chemotaxis is an essential process for many biological functions, such as immune responses, wound healing, embryonic development, and bacterial movement.
In the context of regenerative medicine, MSCs are often used to repair or replace damaged tissues. Chemotaxis plays an essential role in the migration of MSCs to the site of tissue damage. When an injury occurs, cells in the damaged tissue release chemotactic agents that attract MSCs to the site of the injury. Once MSCs reach the damaged tissue, they can guide differentiation and regeneration of various cell types to help repair the damaged tissue.
Chemotaxis is regulated by several signaling pathways, including the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways. These pathways help to regulate the migration and differentiation of MSCs by controlling the expression of various genes and proteins.
Chemotaxis is also an important process in immune responses, as immune cells must be able to migrate to sites of infection or injury to fight off pathogens and repair damaged tissues. In this context, chemotaxis is regulated by various cytokines and chemokines that are produced by the tissue.
Thus, chemotaxis is a fundamental biological process that plays a crucial role in tissue repair, immune responses, and many other physiological processes. This process is crucial for reversing Crohn’s Disease Symptoms.

Side Effects or Risks
The only side effects that have been documented are the following:
- 1 in 100 people will experience a slight fever and/or headache for a few hours after treatment or the next day. We have found that 500mg of Tylenol easily resolves this issue.
- Any treatment involving an injection such as an IV runs a risk of infection. We have never had a patient experience an infection due to our sterility protocols,.
- We do not treat patients that have had cancer within the past 5 years. There is still no conclusive evidence linking stem cells to make cancer worse, but we prefer to stay on the side of safety until more information is available.
- As with any medical treatment there is no guarantee of results, but our outcomes have been great for the vast majority of patients.
- In all patients who receive an intravenous treatment of any sort, there is a risk of releasing a thrombus or plaque from the veins, even more so if the patient has mainly high cholesterol levels. If a thrombosis or phlebitis were to occur, it would occur immediately. This has not been an issue with our patients, but any sort of IV has this risk. This is why we do bloodwork for all patients to make sure that treatment is as safe as possible for them.

How long do the Crohn’s Disease Stem Cell Treatment Results Last?
The results from the Crohn’s Disease stem cell treatment can last for years or even indefinitely. This is because the stem cells are reprogramming your immune system to work the way it was designed to work. Once the immune cells are reprogrammed and any damage is repaired at the intestines then things will work the way they should. This will last because it is real regeneration and not just a pill to cover up symptoms.
The mesenchymal stem cells that are administered via IV will stay in the system for 8 months to a year. During that time they will interact with immune cells and seek out inflammation where they will guide cellular regeneration. After 8 to 12 months any MSCs that are free bound in your system will differentiate into an osteoblast (bone cell), adipocyte (fat cell) or chondrocyte (cartilage cell). They will then contain the donors HLA markers and your immune system will destroy and remove them. This is an easy process for your immune system and there is no negative reaction in your body from it. Some of the MSCs that were free bound from the IV will find capillaries to call home. They will attach and be considered a pericyte. When they do this they can live in your system indefinitely in a beneficial way to your system.
The Crohn’s Disease Stem Cell Treatment is allowing your body to heal like it did when you were a little kid. There are a lot of other benefits outside of just fixing your intestinal issues such as anti-aging. Click Here for An in depth look at how the stem cell IV works for Anti-Aging
