How do Mesenchymal Stem Cells Work to Reverse Aging?

While mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) do not reverse aging per se, they do have the potential to slow down some of the effects of aging on the body. Here are some of the ways that MSCs are thought to work against aging:

  1. Regeneration: MSCs can guide regeneration of many types of cells, including bone, cartilage, muscle, and fat cells. This means that they can regenerate damaged tissues, repair injuries, and replace cells that have been lost due to aging or disease. Mobility is key to living longer and by healing joints the patient will have more mobility which can lead to a longer life.

  2. Anti-inflammatory: MSCs have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help mitigate the effects of chronic inflammation that can contribute to age-related diseases such as arthritis and Alzheimer’s. Almost all diseases start with inflammation so by getting ahead of it and stopping chronic inflammation we can prevent a lot of diseases and that should result in a longer lifespan.

  3. Immune modulation: MSCs have the ability to modulate the immune system, meaning that they can both stimulate and suppress immune responses as needed. As we age, our immune systems weaken, making us more susceptible to infections and other diseases. MSCs may help to strengthen the immune response in older individuals.

  4. Secretion of growth factors: MSCs secrete a variety of growth factors, including VEGF, FGF, HGF, and EGF, which can promote tissue repair and regeneration, and may contribute to anti-aging effects on the body.

  5. Improve Mitochondrial Function: Mitochondria are the energy system of your cells and the MSCs can donate their mitochondria to weak cells. This brings weak cells back to full like so that they can live longer and thus you may be able to also.

  6. Extend Telomere Length in Some Cells: The research for this is ongoing, but MSCs have been showing great promise in extending telomere length for at least 6 types of cells. New research is ongoing and they believe this telomere extending function applies to more cells, but more research is needed to prove it.
  7. MSCs have a beneficial effect on DNA methylation patterns: MSCs affect DNA methylation in a positive way which leads to a reduction in biological age and improved health outcomes.

While the mechanisms by which MSCs affect aging are still being studied, there is growing interest in using these cells to treat age-related conditions. Clinical trials are currently underway to investigate the use of MSCs in the treatment of conditions such as osteoarthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and frailty in the elderly.

How Mesenchymal Stem Cells Donate Their Mitochondria to Weak Cells

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are known to have a unique ability to donate their mitochondria to weak or damaged cells through a process called “mitochondrial transfer”. This mechanism is mediated by tunneling nanotubes (TNTs), which are long, thin, and actin-rich tubular structures that allow for the transfer of cytoplasmic material, including organelles, between cells.

When a weak cell is in need of energy, it signals the nearby MSCs by releasing certain molecules, such as reactive oxygen species (ROS), that act as a distress signal. The MSCs then respond by extending their TNTs toward the weakened cell, creating a physical connection between the two cells.

During the transfer process, the mitochondrial organelles from the MSCs are transported through the TNTs to the weak cell, which uses them to generate ATP (Adenosine triphosphate), the energy currency of the cell, leading to improved cellular function, proliferation, and survival.

This remarkable property of MSCs has been highlighted as a potential therapeutic approach to treat various diseases that involve mitochondrial dysfunction, such as neurodegenerative disorders, cardiovascular disease, and metabolic disorders.

How Mesenchymal Stem Cells Reduce Chronic Inflammation

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are known for their potent anti-inflammatory properties, and they are an extraordinary tool for treating a variety of inflammatory disorders. MSCs have been shown to modulate the immune response and reduce chronic inflammation through several mechanisms, including:

  1. Modulating cytokine expression: MSCs have been shown to modulate the expression of various cytokines involved in inflammation, including IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-alpha. By reducing the expression of these pro-inflammatory cytokines, MSCs can help to mitigate the negative effects of chronic inflammation.

  2. Promoting the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines: MSCs have also been shown to produce anti-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-10 and TGF-beta. These cytokines can help to reduce inflammation and promote tissue repair.

  3. Modulating immune cell function: MSCs have the ability to modulate the function of various immune cells, including T cells, B cells, and dendritic cells. By regulating the function of these cells, MSCs can help to prevent excessive inflammation and promote a more balanced immune response.

  4. Inducing Treg cells: MSCs have been shown to induce the production of regulatory T cells (Tregs), which are an important component of the immune system that helps to maintain immune tolerance. Tregs can suppress excessive inflammation, preventing the development of chronic inflammation.

By lowering or eliminating chronic inflammation with a stem cell IV treatment we should be able to help the patient have a longer potential lifespan. This is because most diseases start with chronic inflammation. By reducing this we vastly lower the chance of many potentially terminal diseases like cancer, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and other diseases.

How do Mesenchymal Stem Cells Improve Skin Quality?

Your skin is the biggest organ of your body. So taking care of it is essential for aging and longevity. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are an amazing tool for improving skin quality due to their ability to guide many types of cells and promote tissue regeneration. Here are some of the ways that MSCs can improve skin quality:

  1. Collagen production: Collagen is a type of protein that is important for the structure, strength, and elasticity of the skin. MSCs have been shown to stimulate the production of collagen, which can help to improve skin firmness and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

  2. Anti-inflammatory effects: Chronic inflammation can contribute to skin aging and the development of skin disorders such as acne and eczema. MSCs have potent anti-inflammatory effects and can help to reduce inflammation in the skin, promoting healthier skin overall.

  3. Tissue repair: MSCs have the ability to guide regeneration of many types of cells, including skin cells, and promote tissue repair. This can help to heal damaged skin and improve its overall quality.

  4. Secretion of growth factors: MSCs secrete a variety of growth factors, which can promote tissue repair and regeneration, and may contribute to the improvement of skin quality.

  5. Improving blood flow: MSCs can promote blood vessel formation, which can improve blood flow to the skin. This can help to promote healthier skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

The benefits of MSCs in improving skin quality are extensive and one of the best options out there for affecting all of the bodies skin. Things like lotions and syrums only affect the area they are applied and produce superficial results. MSCs help all of your skin. MSCs promote healthier, more youthful-looking skin. You can even take it a step further and heal the skin that people see the most with our Stem Cell Facial Treatment.

How the Anti-Aging Stem Cell Treatment Repairs Organs for Longevity

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have the ability to guide differentiate and regeneration of multiple cell types and secrete various bioactive molecules that can promote tissue regeneration and repair. As such, they have the potential to repair many organs throughout the body. Here are some examples of organs that MSCs are able to repair, along with brief explanations of how they work and links to specific treatments:

  1. Heart – MSCs have been shown to guide differentiation and regeneration of cardiac cells, promote angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels), and secrete various growth factors that can promote tissue repair following a heart attack. We are constantly seeing miraculous results on heart health from our stem cell IV treatments because the 1st place the MSCs go during an IV is the heart and then the lungs.

  2. Liver – MSCs have been used to treat liver damage due to alcohol use, viral infections, and other disorders. They are thought to promote liver regeneration, reduce inflammation, and improve liver function.

  3. Lungs – MSCs are an amazing therapy for respiratory disorders such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). They are thought to promote lung regeneration and reduce inflammation.

  4. Brain – MSCs have been shown to promote neural regeneration and reduce inflammation in the brain following injury or in degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Stroke. A healthy brain almost always translates to a longer life.

  5. Kidneys – MSCs have been used to treat kidney damage due to various illnesses and toxins. They promote kidney regeneration and reduce inflammation that can contribute to tissue damage. We have great results treating patients in 1st – 3rd degree renal failure.

  6. Skin – The largest organ in the body. Keep your skin healthy and your body can survive longer.

  7. All Organs: Mesenchymal stem cells don’t discriminate as to which organ to heal. They can heal any organ in your body. They are attracted to inflammation so if any organ or tissue in the body is inflamed, it will attract the MSCs to heal. They get there and act like the managers on the construction site. They guide the repair process.

Overall, the ability of MSCs to repair organs and tissues throughout the body is due to their inherent capacity to guide differentiation and regeneration into various cell types and secrete various growth factors and molecules that can influence the healing and regeneration processes.

Does the Anti-Aging Stem Cell Treatment Help Eyesight?

Eyesight issues become more prevalent as we age. Treatments for eyesight are also one of the most common questions we get. Mesenchymal Stem Cell IV treatments can help with eyesight by targeting inflammation and guiding the healing process. We don’t actively promote stem cells for eyesight though because we don’t have a direct eye treatment. Only the stem cell IV has the potential to improve eyesight and we see noticeable improvement in eyesight for about 60% of patients that do an IV and wear glasses or contacts. This is a great benefit, but not effective enough for us to promote it as an eye specific treatment. We have been advised by top biologists and doctors not to inject stem cells directly into the eyeballs. This is because the fluid inside the eyeball is self contained. It has never been exposed to an outside environment which makes it highly prone to infection. Our stem cells are screened for bacteria, endotoxins and any other elements that could cause infection, but the risk of having even a miniscule amount of bacteria would result in catastrophic infection. The other problem is that if one eye goes blind from infection then the other eye that is not infected will go blind also because of a neural connection in the brain. So it is not worth doing direct eyeball injections. The Stem Cell IV will help maintain good eyesight and may improve things like short sightedness or longsightedness.

Anti-Aging Stem Cell Treatment and Chemotaxis

Chemotaxis is the process by which cells are attracted or repelled by specific chemicals in their surrounding environment. The chemicals that act as the attractants or repellents are called chemotactic agents, or chemotaxins. Chemotaxis is an essential process for many biological functions, such as immune responses, wound healing, embryonic development, and bacterial movement.

In the context of regenerative medicine, MSCs are often used to repair or replace damaged tissues. Chemotaxis plays an essential role in the migration of MSCs to the site of tissue damage. When an injury occurs, cells in the damaged tissue release chemotactic agents that attract MSCs to the site of the injury. Once MSCs reach the damaged tissue, they can guide differentiation and regeneration of various cell types to help repair the damaged tissue.

Chemotaxis is regulated by several signaling pathways, including the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways. These pathways help to regulate the migration and differentiation of MSCs by controlling the expression of various genes and proteins.

Chemotaxis is also an important process in immune responses, as immune cells must be able to migrate to sites of infection or injury to fight off pathogens and repair damaged tissues. In this context, chemotaxis is regulated by various cytokines and chemokines that are produced by the tissue.

Thus, chemotaxis is a fundamental biological process that plays a crucial role in tissue repair, immune responses, and many other physiological processes.

Side Effects or Risks

The only side effects that have been documented are the following:

  • 1 in 100 people will experience a slight fever and/or headache for a few hours after treatment or the next day. We have found that 500mg of Tylenol easily resolves this issue.
  • Any treatment involving an injection such as an IV runs a risk of infection. We have never had a patient experience an infection due to our sterility protocols,.
  • We do not treat patients that have had cancer within the past 5 years. There is still no conclusive evidence linking stem cells to make cancer worse, but we prefer to stay on the side of safety until more information is available.
  • As with any medical treatment there is no guarantee of results, but our outcomes have been great for the vast majority of patients.
  • In all patients who receive an intravenous treatment of any sort, there is a risk of releasing a thrombus or plaque from the veins, even more so if the patient has mainly high cholesterol levels. If a thrombosis or phlebitis were to occur, it would occur immediately. This has not been an issue with our patients, but any sort of IV has this risk. This is why we do bloodwork for all patients to make sure that treatment is as safe as possible for them.

How long do the Anti-Aging Stem Cell Treatment Results Last?

The results from the Anti-Aging stem cell treatment can last for years or even indefinitely. This is because the stem cells are reprogramming your immune system to work the way it was designed to work. Once the immune cells are reprogrammed and any damage is repaired throughout the body then things will work the way they should. This will last because it is real regeneration and not just a pill to cover up symptoms.

The mesenchymal stem cells that are administered via IV will stay in the system for 8 months to a year. During that time they will interact with immune cells and seek out inflammation where they will guide cellular regeneration. After 8 to 12 months any MSCs that are free bound in your system will differentiate into an osteoblast (bone cell), adipocyte (fat cell) or chondrocyte (cartilage cell). They will then contain the donors HLA markers and your immune system will destroy and remove them. This is an easy process for your immune system and there is no negative reaction in your body from it. Some of the MSCs that were free bound from the IV will find capillaries to call home. They will attach and be considered a pericyte. When they do this they can live in your system indefinitely in a beneficial way to your system.

The Anti-Aging Stem Cell Treatment is allowing your body to heal like it did when you were a little kid. This will reverse aging and help you to potentially live longer and healthier.

Pre Treatment Care Protocol

  • We recommend that patients stop taking any non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) at least 1 week before treatment and staying off of them for at least 2 weeks post treatment. NSAIDs work by confusing where inflammation is and MSCs work by seeking out inflammation so they don’t work together.
  • We recommend stopping the use of prednisone at least 1 week before treatment and staying off of them for at least 2 weeks post treatment. prednisone work by confusing where inflammation is and MSCs work by seeking out inflammation so they don’t work together.

Post Treatment Care Protocol

  • After treatment you are welcome to get back to your normal routine and activities.
  • We recommend abstaining from alcohol for at least 2 to 6 weeks post treatment. Alcohol won’t kill MSCs, but if you drink too much then the liver will become inflamed and MSCs target inflammation. This will send MSCs there that should have gone elsewhere, especially because the liver is the only organ that regenerates itself.
  • We recommend that patients don’t start using any non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), Prednisone, or anti-inflammatory supplements such as gingko biloba or turmeric for at least 2 weeks post treatment and preferably for 6 weeks post treatment.
