Known Side Effects
- 1 in 100 patients may experience a slight fever and/or headache for a few hours post-treatment. 500mg of Tylenol reliably resolves this.
- As with any IV treatment, there is a theoretical risk of infection. We have never had a patient experience a treatment-related infection due to our sterility protocols.
- There is a risk of releasing a thrombus from the veins — more so in patients with high cholesterol. Minimised through bloodwork screening on Day 2.
- As with any medical treatment there is no guarantee of results — however the vast majority of patients experience meaningful improvement.
Contraindication
We do not treat patients who have had cancer within the past 5 years. No conclusive evidence links stem cells to cancer progression, but we prefer to remain cautious until more research is available. Our lab has over 8 years of cultivating MSCs with perfect safety.

Pre & Post Treatment Care
Before Treatment:
- Stop all NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen) at least 1 week before treatment and maintain for at least 2 weeks post-treatment. NSAIDs interfere with the inflammatory signals MSCs follow to find damaged tissue.
- Stop Prednisone at least 1 week before treatment. Corticosteroids suppress the inflammatory signalling MSCs require to navigate to target areas.
After Treatment:
- Return to normal daily activities immediately — minimal downtime expected.
- Abstain from alcohol for 2–6 weeks post-treatment. Alcohol inflames the liver, diverting MSCs from their primary healing targets.
- Avoid NSAIDs, Prednisone, and anti-inflammatory supplements (gingko biloba, turmeric) for at least 2 weeks — preferably 6 weeks — post-treatment.

MSCs work by seeking out inflammation throughout the body. NSAIDs, corticosteroids, and alcohol all either mask or create artificial inflammation — causing MSCs to either miss their targets or be redirected away from healing your condition.
