I get asked about how Dream Body Clinic Compares to Dr. Neil Riordan’s Clinic Cell Medicine in Panama all the time. I am a big fan of Dr. Riordan and his work. I own and have read both of his books. I only compare our clinic to his in that we use the same type of stem cells.

Hi Josh, I’m interested in IV stem cells for systemic anti-aging, anti-inflammatory benefits. I got an email quote of $23,150 from Dr. Neil Riordan’s clinic in Panama for this treatment and understand that Dream Body’s top IV price is $9,900. Can you tell me the difference in the stem cells between your clinic and Dr. Riordan’s? I know he uses “Golden Cells,” – cells that have been researched, isolated, and duplicated because they have been shown to give the best results. Is it the quality of the stem cells that explains the price difference?

Thanks for contacting us. I have read both of Dr. Riordan’s books and follow his research. I have asked the founder of our lab about it, the head biologist at the lab and Dr. Carrea at the U of Miami. They have all told me that it is a brilliant marketing move, but there is no science to back it up at this time. The stem cells either present the correct CD markers to prove they are mesenchymal stem cells or they don’t. They also replicate in culture or they don’t. We follow the guidelines set by the ISCT. Our stem cells come from placenta and umbilical tissue. The tissue is derived from live healthy births that are pre-planned at the labs fertility clinic. The women that donate are screened for all major illness and viruses. Then the stem cells are 3rd party lab tested for all virus, bacteria, mycoplasma and endotoxins. The tissue lacks Human Leucocyte Antigen (HLA) which is what would tell your body to reject it so no chance of rejection or complications.
We use this tissue to derive stem cells as these cells replicate the fastest and are the youngest possible.
All mesenchymal stem cells work the same way in the body no matter where they come from, it is just the phenotype which is a chemical marker saying where it came from that is different. The main reason for the price difference is that our lab has been at this for 9 years and they have all of their equipment paid off. Also doctors and biologists make far less here in Mexico which keeps costs down. The labs main market is Mexican’s and a decent salary here is $1,000 usd per month so they have to make sure that they can make this available to as many people as possible.
