Step 2: We need patients to email, call or message us with their preferred dates. (888) 704-3977 or info@dreambodyclinic.netWe will then check with our booking department. If the dates work then the next step is to arrange flights and accommodations to get scheduled. If the dates don’t work then there is a bit of back and forth communication to determine dates that work for you and the clinic. The following are criteria for treatment times.If you have an MRI, CT or X-ray that was done within the past year then please email the written radiology report to info@dreambodyclinic.net
We only need the written report, not the images. This will allow our doctors to make a reasonable assessment as to if you are a good candidate for treatment. The most common reason for disqualification is if the joint has osteophytes or a complete tear.)
We still need you to call or email to see what dates are available for treatment before booking any flights or accommodations. We only do treatments Tuesday – Saturday. We work on Mondays, but only for bloodwork and MRIs. We would need you in town for 5 days if an MRI is required. This means that Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday are all good arrival days.WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR TREATMENT ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS DUE TO HOLIDAY SCHEDULES: February 3, March 17, May 1, July 27 to August 4th, September 16, November 18, Dec 22th to January 6th. Flights and hotel are up to patients because everyone has different preferences.We provide airport and clinic transportation between the hours of 6am to 6pm. This means we can pick you up from the airport if your flight arrives between 6am and 6pm. If your flight arrives earlier or later then you will have to handle your own transportation.We can only provide Airport Departure Transportation for flights departing between 9am or 9pm. This means our drivers can pick you up between 6am to 6pm to take you to the airport. Any later and we cannot provide transportation. If your flight departs earlier or later then you will have to handle your own transportation.Step 3: Once Dates are confirmed, Arrange Flights & Hotel then fill out our Booking FormThe booking form requires that you have flights and hotel set up. The criteria above gives guidelines for booking. You can email request treatment dates at info@dreambodyclinic.net. Please do not book flights and hotel before confirming with us as we reserve the right do deny treatment if there is not space. We try to keep things fair by making people that book the furthest in advance top priority. So please plan carefully and confirm with us. Please have your flights, hotel and treatments ready when you fill out the booking form. We only schedule patients once this form has been filled out and confirmed. We look at the booking form as comparable to a deposit because it shows a commitment to come and we commit to having treatment and transportation set for you. We take payment (visa, mastercard, american express, cash or crypto) when you are at the clinic on the morning that we do blood work for all treatments. This is because the stem cells must be cultivated the day before treatment.Step 4: A team member from Dream Body Clinic will call, email or text you after receiving your forms and verify that everything is correct. They will also send you a link to a personalized medical history form. This form is required by COFEPRIS, the Mexican health board. Our admin team will then email over an itinerary with transportation and treatment schedules.Please Note: If a patient forgets to inform of us of a medical condition such as cancer that would negatively impact treatment then our medical staff has the right to refuse treatment. We will always do what is best for the patients health and in rare cases that may include refusing treatment. We do not treat any patients that have had cancer within the past 5 years.
