I want to know what are the benefits of the Stem cell IV for anti-aging?

So I have a group of friends that want to come and do stem cell treatments.  I want to know what are the benefits of the stem cell IV for anti-aging?   What are the beneficial things you get? I heard it helps with your heart.  Does it help things like kidneys and liver?

   For anti-aging the stem cells do a few things. First almost all age related diseases are caused by inflammation and stem cells home in on inflammation then send out cytokines, which are signalling proteins to guide the cells to repair the damage and guide regeneration to truly fix the underlying issue. Next they are able to donate their mitochondria to weak or dying cells. This is like putting a new engine in an old car. When cells die they damage or kill many other cells with them. Imagine a super nova going off and it is like that. Scientists have confirmed that they extend telomere length to at least 6 types of cells and believe they do it to more. Telomeres are like to tail of the cell. They shorten as the cell replicates, but it is like a tug of war. Some things shorten them and some extend them. Our cells have a replication limit called the Hayflick limit. This means cells can replicate 50 to 60 times before going into senescence which is a form of cell death. When a cell goes senescent it releases bad things that start to harm or kill other cells. So think of it like a black hole. Then there is the last thing. Mesenchymal stem cells should really be called mesenger signalling cells as they cannot become anything else in the body. They only have stem properties in the lab which is why Dr. Arnold Caplan named them mesenchymal stem cells and now wishes he could rename them messenger signalling cells. They are like the managers on a construction site sending out messages to tell the workers which are the cells here to repair things. Naturally in our body mesenchymal stem cells reside on capillaries and when attached to a capillary they are called pericytes. Pericytes detach when you have an injury or inflammation near them. When they detach we call them mesenchymal stem cells. Mesenchymal stem cells go to the injury and don’t always find another capillary to call home and instead travel through your system for up to a year at which point they mature and your body flushes them out with old blood cells. When we are children we have tons of capillaries, but when we hit bone maturity around age 18 to 21 we lose 90% of our capillaries as we are not growing taller. We in turn lose 90% of our pericytes which are our mesenchymal stem cells. So we are full grown and have 10% left for the rest of our lives and lose some as we get hurt or have inflammation. This is why kids heal so fast and adults don’t. White blood cells take over the repair process and can only heal via fibrosis. It is estimated that when doing an IV of 100 million mesenchymal stem cells or more that we are restocking our pericyte levels as many of the IV infused mesenchymal stem cells will find capillaries to call home.  When you do a mesenchymal stem cell IV about 80% of the stem cells never make it past the heart and the lungs as everyone has lots of inflammation there and the lungs act as a filter. This is why we have to do hundreds of millions for best results. They still interact with immune cells and other cells in the blood of the lungs and heart, but for repair purposes elsewhere fewer get through. This makes them very good for hearth and lung health.The stem cells also help with kidney’s and liver as they pass through those after the lungs and heart. If there is inflammation there they will get to work on repairing. We had one patient with type 2 diabetes that was peeing foam because his kidney’s were so shot. He did an IV of 200 million and has had no kidney issues since. It also got his blood sugar from a wake up rate of 350 down to 100 after a month. So they work on a lot of things. If you have any immune cells that are not working properly they send out cytokines that essentially reprogram them to work the way they were designed to.
