The Stem Cell Knee Treatment at Dream Body Clinic
The stem cell knee treatment repairs cartilage, meniscus, ACL/ligament damage, and knee arthritis. Dream Body Clinic founder Josh Ketner repaired his own torn ACL, 3rd-degree anterior meniscus lesion, and multiple meniscus tears with just 32 million stem cells in 2015 — with a clean MRI in February 2016.
Important note on safety: In our experience with hundreds of knee treatments, 4 patients experienced increased inflammation about 1 week post-treatment from excessive joint fluid. We have eliminated this by no longer adding PRP to knee injections. We now do stem cells only for the knee.

How MSCs Work for Knee Repair
Meniscus Repair
The meniscus acts as a shock absorber between the thigh and shin bones. MSCs guide meniscal cartilage cell regeneration and promote extracellular matrix production — repairing the structure that prevents bone-on-bone contact.
Ligament Repair
MSCs heal ligament damage by promoting new tissue growth and preventing scar tissue. They guide fibroblasts and promote collagen production — restoring ligament strength and flexibility.
Tendon Regeneration
MSCs repair tendon damage by guiding tenocytes and promoting collagen production — the protein that gives tendons their strength and load-bearing capacity.

MRI Requirements
We have our own open MRI (Esaote S Scan) on site — not claustrophobic. Please provide height, weight, and waist size to confirm fit.
Most common disqualification: osteophytes or complete tear. If not a candidate, you only pay for MRI ($500 USD) and blood panel ($300 USD).

Side Effects & Risks
- A small number of patients experience tightness and soreness in the joint the night after or the following day. Tramacet provided.
- A very small percentage of patients will be non-responders.
- Small infection risk inherent to any injection — mitigated by iodine and microdacyn. Zero infections in our history.
- We do not treat patients who have had cancer within the past 5 years.
Pre & Post Treatment Care
Pre-Treatment: Stop NSAIDs, prednisone, and anti-inflammatory supplements 1 week before. No cortisone injections within 3 months.
Post-Treatment: 2 weeks no exercise → 4 weeks physio protocol from our orthopedic surgeon → return to activities gradually. Peak results at 3–6 months.
How Long Do Results Last?
Results are lasting because the body heals itself like when you were younger. We suggest the annual Anti-Aging Stem Cell IV (100M) for continued care. Peak results at 3–6 months post-treatment.
