Today is April 12th, 2022 and we did a random mesenchymal stem cell analysis of a vial of 25 million mesenchymal stem cells at Dream Body Clinic. This analysis was done with the corning cell counter. We use a dye called tripton blue to mix with the mesenchymal stem cells. This dye will infiltrate the cell membrane of any cells that are ruptured and thus dead. This allows us to see the live cell count vs. dead cell count. We can also determine viability with this device. The cell counter is an inverted microscope that has a digital camera attached. We place the slide with the mix of stem cells and dye into the slide and then chose 4 random areas of the slide to determine the average cell count. This video shows the results. Dead Cells = 217,000
Total Cells = 6,987,000
This sample was taken from a vial of 1ml of mesenchymal stem cells suspended in sodium lactate. The sample was 1/10th of a vial. This means that this vial would have had nearly 67 million live mesenchymal stem cells in it. We always over deliver at www.dreambody.clinic
